1. Go to the Spring 2008 Course Listings.
2. Select a category.
3. In the URL, where it says "B&termYear=2008" change the "B" to "D"
4. Voila! You have the Fall 2008 Course Listings.

When you're on a the Spring 2008 course category page, click on one of the categories.
For example, click on Technology and Intellectual Property. On that page, the end of the URL will say "B&termYear=2008" -- change that B to a D (make sure it's capitalized). That will bring up the Fall 2008 course offerings for Technology and IP.

Whoever figured this out is my hero.
But it looks like some of the course descriptions are messed up. For example, the description for Evidence (as opposed to Evidence Advocacy) describes the Ev Ad class, and lists Evidence as a prereq for Evidence.
Also, would someone mind explaining how Accounting for Lawyers satisfies the writing requirement?

It looks as if John Yoo is teaching a bunch next semester. Despite his politics, he's actually a great professor. I'd recommend taking something with him before the oppressive environment at Boalt causes him to leave.
Murphy is also highly recommended, and Fed Courts with Fletcher if you can handle incredibly abstract and complex questions at 8:40 in the morning.
Also, has anyone had any experience with Amy Kapczynski, who's teaching "World Trade Law"?

I've heard good things about Rakowski for tax. But it was hearsay, so take it fwiw.
